Milwaukee’s Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps is happy to announce that it has been chosen as a recipient of a $25,000.00 grant from Chase Bank’s Community Giving Program. The program encourages public on-line internet voting to help support several non-for-profit organizations. The Pioneer Corps was one out of one hundred organizations throughout the country who have benefitted from this fall’s program.

Roman Blenski, Pioneer’s Corps Director, is elated by the response of 1,556 people who took the time and effort to vote, helping to support the organization’s efforts.

The Pioneer Corps is Milwaukee’s musical ambassador to the World Class Division of Drum Corps International. Their goal is to provide the best possible music and social experiences for its young members through music and visual education, as well as performance opportunities throughout the United States each summer during its 80 day tour.

The Corps is indebted to Chase Bank’s extraordinary spirit of giving back to the community by supporting its youth, the future of America.
